HMV Interview


We went to a local HMV to ask the manager questions about the store and costumers:
1. What is your customer base at HMV?
2. Why do you arrange the store the way you do?
3. How do DVD sales compare to CD sales? Why is this?
4. How do you encourage people to come into your store?
5. What strategies do you use to compete against internet downloads?
