Introduction

My name is Amy Tse and I am studying Media Studies, Art and English Language. For this module, I am creating a CD cover, a music video and a magazine cover. The briefing for this is that our music video is our main creation and we will be exploring the Final Cut Pro editor and the uses of it to create the music video. I think that this year will be very exciting as this editing software is something that I have wanted to use for a while; but not being able to until now. I really like being creative, especially combining media and English together, as I  would really like to study those subjects further when I get to university. I believe that I can be a really creative person in creating the music video, CD cover and magazine cover. This is because it can explore my art creativity as well.

Introduction

My name is Lauren Nash and I am an A-Level student currently doing Media Studies. Alongside media I also study the subjects Art and Drama which fit in perfectly with media due to the creative aspect tied within them. I believe myself to be a very creative person and love learning to use new software and create a professional final product. This year we will be creating an original music video, magazine cover and a CD cover. I am excited to start this process as it is not something I have thought about doing in the past. I am especially interested to use the new software Final Cut Pro as I believe it will help my group and I to create a professional music video.

Introduction

Hi, my name's Mary Rellin and I am currently doing A level media this year. Within a group, our aim is to create a music video using an unsigned artist song, also the CD cover and a magazine advertisement. During this time we will be learning new skills on final cut pro, where we will be editing our music video. And also experience how to use a green screen and how to edit it well. I am excited to learn new skills this year and hope that I will be able to develop current ones.
